Chase has a range of credit card lines in partnership with major companies, and it’s no different with Air Canada, one of the largest airlines in the world.

The card comes with an annual fee of $95 and a highly variable credit limit depending on your credit history and score.

In terms of benefits, the card offers a points-based rewards system.

Upon receiving the card, you can earn up to 100,000 points. This includes 75,000 points when spending at least $4,000 in the first 3 months and an additional 25,000 points when spending at least $20,000 in purchases during the first 12 months of using the card.

According to Chase, this point total is enough for a trip outside of the Americas.

To accumulate points, you’ll earn 3x points in the following categories:

  • Supermarkets, restaurants, food delivery, and flights with Air Canada.

For all other purchases, you get 1x points. You also receive an additional 500 bonus points for every $2,000 spent in a calendar month, up to a maximum of 1,500 points monthly.

You can redeem points not only for flights with Air Canada but with over 45 airlines to more than 1,300 destinations worldwide.

You can also use your points for statement credits, and the 100,000 points are equivalent to $1,250.
